Service Description

Temp: Gently heated (30 - 35 degrees) Intensity:💧💧 A gently heated vinyasa practice where breath and movement unite at a slower, intentional pace. Who said slow was easier? This class builds strength, flexibility, and balance while offering time to explore postures more deeply. Longer holds and mindful transitions create space to cultivate awareness and release tension. Perfect for all levels.
