Service Description

Practice intentional movement at an easy-going, meditative pace to emphasize peace and calm in the body and mind. Poses are guided by breath and held longer than in a vinyasa flow class and it provides time to move mindfully throughout the sequences. This 60 minute warm class is the perfect opportunity to take time out of your day for a reflective pause! Accessible for beginner and advanced practitioners alike.
