Kaula Tantra Yoga is a gentle yoga practice. Tantra is the expression and reconnection to the divine self promoting self love and harmony within the body. This is a great class for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike. This practice aids in balancing the nervous system, reconnecting to the breath, opening the hips and deep relaxation. This class ends with a restful guided meditation focused on balancing the chakras.
